Start Shortcut is a local platform for Buner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, offering marketplace listings, ride booking, and food ordering. We connect users with independent riders, sellers, and food vendors.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Start Shortcut. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate.
Account creation requires a valid mobile phone number. We use SMS one-time passwords via Firebase Authentication (Google) to verify your number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Ride services are provided by independent partner riders. Verify driver and vehicle details before boarding. Use in-app safety features and share trip details with trusted contacts when appropriate.
Riders, sellers, and food vendors must submit accurate registration details and identity documents where required. We may approve, reject, or suspend partner accounts at our discretion.
Payment methods available in the app (e.g. cash on delivery) are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for disputes between users and third-party payment providers unless stated otherwise.
Start Shortcut branding, software, and design are owned by us. You retain rights to content you upload but grant us a license to display and process it to operate the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in the app or through our public account-deletion page.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
