Account & Data Deletion
Personal Business Book lets you permanently delete your account and every piece of data tied
to it, directly inside the app — no separate request form is needed.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Personal Business Book and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Read the warning, then confirm with your account password.
This is permanent. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone or recovered —
there is no grace period.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes, immediately and completely:
- Your login (name, email, mobile number, password)
- All Personal records — Income, Expense, Family Expense, Savings, Amanat, Help Money, Borrowed, Lent, Budgets
- All Business records — Customers, Products, Sales, Invoices, Payments, Inventory, Suppliers, Shop Keepers
- Your subscription/billing history, referral code and referral history
- Backups, login history, and any registered devices
PDF reports you previously exported live only on your own device (or wherever you saved/shared
them) — those are not affected by in-app deletion since we never received a copy of them.
Can't open the app?
If you no longer have access to the app but still want your account and data deleted, email us
from the address on the account and we'll process the deletion manually within a reasonable time.
